Mumio Shilajit Resin (100g.)

The original Mumio from Upper Altai takes the form of a black mass with an intense, heavy smell and bitter taste, looking like a mixture of resin and tar. Mumio is obtained from mountain rock cavities and crevices from which it flows naturally. For this reason, it is often called rock resin or tears of rocks. Mumio consists of inorganic and organic, active compounds often mixed with sand and gravel. Therefore, to prepare Mumio for consumption, it is required to purify it in low-temperature conditions, so that it does not lose its properties (in the case of our product, purification occurs at a temperature of 26 degrees Celsius). Our Mumio is obtained in the Kosh-Agach region at an altitude of about 3,500 meters above sea level – the least populated part of Upper Altai.

SERVING:

1. Gently warm up some of your favourite tea / coffee / juice / water up to max temperature of 40 Celsius degree.
2. Stir in 1 measuring spoon of Shilajit Resin and wait 15-20 min to let it fully dissolve.
3. Drink in the morning on an empty stomach (to fully absorb its goodness). Drink 1-2 times a day.

 

Keep out of reach of small children at temperatures below 26 degrees.

No side effects have been found with Mumio at the recommended doses. Pregnant and lactating women should contact their health practitioner before taking Mumio, as its effects on the fetus and infants have not been studied.
